Taking those first important steps
Anant and Ranji came to us when they were in the planning stages of a new business venture – ‘Little Ants’ - a childcare centre in the South Auckland town of Waiuku.
The couple came to Right Hand Man because they were looking for a partner that could provide them with a full range of marketing support.
We recommended we start by finding the key points of difference in their business. This would provide Anant and Ranji with clear messaging that they could use on their website and other marketing communications and various collateral.
Right Hand Man delivered on this. And then went a few steps further.
After completing the Business Positioning workshop, we created a look and feel for Little Ants that we took across a logo, business cards, character creation, brochure, flyers, signage and website design. We also created an advertising and marketing plan.
Plus we helped them find administrative staff that could take leads before the doors opened. On top of that, we provided guidance around reducing the inevitable costs that a start-up business must face.
With that work completed we are now providing our regular Advise and Act meetings until they open their doors.
