When Right Hand Man met with Bridget from Mood Skin and Beauty, she was looking for a marketing action plan that would increase her business and fit within her budget.
Firstly, we wanted to know more about Bridget and her experience in the skin and beauty industry. We also wanted to establish why she enjoys her work and what her future goals were – so, we started with our Business Positioning service. We wanted to uncover her point of difference over her competitors, and her passion for a holistic solution to skin treatments was evident. Bridget is incredibly knowledgeable and continues to learn more about the skin’s processes and great new products that are out in the market to stay ahead of the curve.
After completing the business positioning we moved on to update her website with new copy, SEO and a fresh new design. We realised a new website may not have been in her budget and the existing site functions well for her as it is. This meant we could spend more time on other methods of marketing, getting her a quicker return on investment.

While Bridget has a loyal following of exiting clients we wanted to build on that database and begin a strategic marketing plan to roll out through eDMs, Facebook and Instagram. We ran a sticker text campaign using a keyword and set short code number. Emails were captured via text message, growing Bridget’s database for further promotions. Right Hand Man has also put together several highly targeted Facebook campaigns ensuring Bridget’s salon stays bustling with happy clients.
Right Hand Man thoroughly enjoyed working with Bridget. We’ll continue to work with Mood - building the client base and allowing Bridget to do more of what she loves.
