A start-up success story.
With many years experience in senior finance and insurance roles, Andrew Holdcroft, now a specialist in Business Interruption Insurance claims had the idea of starting out on his own. The issue was, he wasn’t exactly sure where to start.
After meeting with him and getting a thorough understanding of his specialist expertise, what he wanted to do and how he operates, it was quite clear that starting his own business was certainly the best move.
And so The Claim Settlement Company was born. In a fairly quick pace we completed a Business Positioning workshop finding his key point-of-difference over competitors in his market. We developed a new logo and created a new website that would communicate his key skills to his target market. After that we supported Andrew's new business in exhibiting at a relevant trade show, organizing his business cards, brochures, signage and display elements to setting up on the day.
With this all in place Andrew has been able to grow his business and we are now mentoring him on a regular basis – part of our Advise and Act Programme.
